- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Albuquerque Acquisition Office is requesting Price Quotes for Janitorial Services for the Southern Ute Agency, Ignacio, Colorado Included in the solicitation is for the contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision. This is a Small Business Local Area Set-aside. The Statement of Work, Wage Determination for the Service Contract Act Compliance and Clauses/Provisions are incorporated into the Solicitation. Interested contractors shall submit in their package a signed SF-18 pages 1 and 2 which is attached to this solicitation, along with telephone number, fax number and e-mail address, if applicable. Selection will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration data base to be eligible for award. Contractor's registration in the Central Contractor Registration data base must be active by the close of acceptance for price quotes. NAICS: 561720 The estimated price range is at or below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold of $150,000.00.
