Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1C0SS2241A001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-60. This procurement is a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2.The NAICS code is 337214 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this 0solicitation: There will be a Highly reccommended site visit on September 18, 2012 at 10:00 am (Chamorro Standard Time). The sire visit will be on Andersen AFB, Guam. The contractors will be in contact with A1C Vincent Perry (vincent.perry.2@us.af.mil) (671-366-4945) and SSgt George Halley (george.halley.2@us.af.mil) (671-366-6605) and they will meet contractors at the Visitors Center. Any contractor needing Escort from front gate must contact A1C Vincent Perry at 671-366-4945 or email at: vincent.perry.2@us.af.mil no later than 1700 on Monday September 17 2012. ----No more than 2 personnel from each contractor. Please see attached documents/drawings for more information Site shall be September 18 2012 at 10:00 AM The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the Best Value to the government. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal or be currently registered at the government's ORCA online reps and certs website: https://orca.bpn.gov/. 52.212-4 -- Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, 52.211-6 Brand Name or Equal.The clause at FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration; 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database @ www.ccr.gov and shall be considered for award. Responses to this RFQ must be received via e-mail, by Wednesday, September 19, 2012, 12:00pm Chamorro Standard Time. FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. HOWEVER, A REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY12 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30, 2012. ALL QUOTES NEED TO BE VALID UNTIL SEPTEMBER 30, 2012
