- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1C0SS2241A001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-60. This procurement is a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2.The NAICS code is 337214 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this 0solicitation: There will be a Highly reccommended site visit on September 18, 2012 at 10:00 am (Chamorro Standard Time). The sire visit will be on Andersen AFB, Guam. The contractors will be in contact with A1C Vincent Perry (vincent.perry.2@us.af.mil) (671-366-4945) and SSgt George Halley (george.halley.2@us.af.mil) (671-366-6605) and they will meet contractors at the Visitors Center. Any contractor needing Escort from front gate must contact A1C Vincent Perry at 671-366-4945 or email at: vincent.perry.2@us.af.mil no later than 1700 on Monday September 17 2012. ----No more than 2 personnel from each contractor. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the Best Value to the government. HOWEVER, A REQUEST FOR FUNDING IS INCLUDED IN THE FY12 END OF YEAR SPEND PLAN. AWARD IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDS BECOMING AVAILABLE ON OR BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30, 2012.
