- NSN 5960-00-137-7692, PR #S 44054448 & 46086494, Electron Tube. This requirement is for a total quantity of 37. Item is solicited under Full and Open Competition. Offerors must submit a response I/A/W (97942) drawing # 128C882 BASIC AMEND NR DTD 09/14/06 TYPE NUMBER 128C882H01. First Article Testing is not required. Delivery is 4 units per month starting at 120 days ADO. Inspection / Acceptance at Origin, FOB Destination. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date of September 12, 2012. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available, and must be downloaded from the internet site above. There is no quantity option included in this solicitation. Market research has indicated this item is not commercial. Therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. The Contracting Officer may utilize on-line Reverse Auctioning as a means of conducting price discussions under this solicitation. During an on-line auction process, offerors' proposed prices will be publicly disclosed to other offerors having access to the on-line auction. Each offeror's identity will be concealed from other offerors (except to the Government), through the use of generic identifiers. By submitting a proposal in response to the solicitation, offerors agree to participate in the Reverse Auction and that their prices may be publicly disclosed, including to other offerors, during the Reverse Auction. An offeror's final auction price will be considered its final proposal revision. No price revisions will be accepted after the close of the Reverse Auction, unless the Contracting Officer decides that further discussions are needed and final proposal revisions are again requested in accordance with FAR 15.307."
