Description: Noun: Advanced Simulation Interface Buffers (ASIBs). Quantity: 3 EA. ASIBs are required to convert radar data and allow the data to be displayed on our tactical system during interoperability Testing. To maintain a supportable system that has consistency, the ASIB is required for upgrading the existing Legacy E-3 simulators and be used with the 40/45 Labs. It is therefore anticipated that this solicitation will be other than full and open competition.
