- URGENCY This is a Notice of Unusual and Compelling Urgency to Tencarva Machinery Co. 1200 north 23 rd Street, Suite 111 wilmington NC 285405. This purchase is to procure Rotating Assenbly, sold exclusively by this vendor under NACIS Code 333996. Solicitation M6700112Q0392. CLIN 0001: ROTATING ASSEMBLY This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the government will consider all vendor capabilities received within 2 days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Vendor capabilities can be submitted via the following methods: Facsimile to Attn: Harold Gray at (910)451-2193. The facsimile transmission must clearly identify this notice and the name of the purchasing agent on the first page. Vendors bear the burden of ensuring that their information reaches the designated purchasing agent.
