- Solicitation Document OT Description The Department of Defense Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award on a competitive basis, using simplified acquisition procedures, a contract for Occupational Therapies (OT) services in support of the Special Education Program located at Fort Jackson, SC. The period of performance is 28 September 2012 through 1 August 2013 with one option year. The solicitation number is HEVAS6-12-T-0048 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, Class Deviation and DCN as of date of this solicitation.
