The solicitation will consist of one base year and four option years. Contractor First Article Test (FAT) applies. Origin inspection required. Quantity variance is zero. Solicitation will be a HubZone Set-Aside. Only offers from HubZone manufacturers or HubZone dealers furnishing a HubZone manufacturer's product will be considered. Full and open competition after exclusion of sources procedures apply. The NSN is as follows 5995-01-426-6728, 170 day's Delivery without FAT, 410 day's delivery with FAT. FOB Destination. This is a critical application item. Export Control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
