Modification is issued to change Due date of bid and clarifications: Response Date is changed to read: 9-24-12 Does unit want all-welded (set-up) lockers or knocked down & assembled on site lockers? We want knock down bolted lockers installed. Do you have a good print for the location of the placement of these lockers? We are working on that and I will post when I receive it. Modification is issued to clarify quantity: 62 each This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W904QQ0010165414, and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2005-58, 18 May 2012. This RFQ is being conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). Contract financing will NOT be provided for this acquisition. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all. Quotations are being solicited and a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type Purchase Order(s) is anticipated. This solicitation is set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS. This solicitation is for Lyon Workspace custom TA-50 lockers. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 337215. Size Standard: 500 employees Quotes to include shipping charges (Fob destination pricing required) Description of commodity: Custom TA-50 Lockers by Lyon Workspace 36" w x 24"dx78"h. Heavy duty. 14 gauge reinforced bottom, back, doors and sides. 16 gauge top and shelf with center reinforcing for 200 lb capacity. Standard options apply 4"h base Z-Base 62 number plates. Installation is required for all lockers please include installation on quote. Item requested is Brand Name or Equal. If quoting an equal please provide DESCRIPTIVE LITERATURE with your quote.
