- This attachment describe the equipment to be purchased with this Request for Quotes. All: The DITCO- Europe contracting office is issuing this Request for Quotes for MOBILE AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT FOR VIP AND COMMAND FUNCTIONS. Equipment list is attached. The place of performance is located in Stuttgart, Germany. Quotes shall provide information within the quote on estimated delivery date, warranty information and validity in Germany, discounts that may apply, DUNS #, and Cage code. Contractors shall have current registration in CCR or SAM. Award will be made to the offeror whose quote is determined to represent the lowest price technically acceptable. Quotes due date is 20 September 2012 at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. If enough qotes are received before 20 September 2012 this office will shorten the time to submit quotes.
