- Price List PWS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document incorporates all mandatory commercial item provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55 dated January 3, 2012. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 562910, and the small business size standard is $14.0 million. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns ONLY. This request for quotation is for asbestos abatement services at Offutt AFB, NE. The intent of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to award three Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to the offerors that represents the best value to the government. The BPA will be established under FAR Part 13 procedures. The Period of Performance (POP) shall be five years (base year and four (4) one-year option periods) from date of award.
