Description

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to enter into a sole source contract with North Bethesda Center Office One, LLC c/o LCOR for Garage Access and Parking Space Rental at the NRC's Three White Flint North (3WFN) Building. LCOR is the current lessor of the 3 WFN building, the only one who can provide this service and due to security risks for the NRC occupants of the building NRC staff must be the only ones permitted to use the garage. The period of performance for this contract will be one base year plus four option years. The authority to enter into a contract on a sole-source basis with North Bethesda Center Office One, LLC c/o LCOR is made under the authority of 41 U.S. C. 253(c)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 which provides for limiting competition in those situations where the supplies or services are available from only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 812930 (Parking Lots & Garages). This notice of intent is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation of offers.
