Description

Phone System Equipment with Maintenance. Please see attached "Supply, Equipment and Services Requisition". All equipment must be IPV6 and Section 508 Compliant. Vendor MUST be a Cisco Authorized Channel Partner. Price is not the sole determinant for award. Please provide payment terms, with Best and Final Offer. All Question must be received by no later than Wednesday, September 19, 2012, by 3:00 PM EDT. Questions should be submitted to reevest@fca.gov. Questions will be answered and added to a modification to this combined synopsis/solicitation no later than 4:00 PM on September 20, 2012. Final Bids/Proposals should be submitted to reevest@fca.gov by 5:00 PM, Monday, September 24, 2012. CLAIMS FOR RELIEF: The FCA is a nonappropriated fund activity not subject to GAO's bid protest provisions. Any claim for relief filed by an offeror shall be adjudicated by the FCA Contracting Officer. If the parties cannot reach an agreement mutually satisfactory after diligently pursuing a solution through discussions and negotiations, the FCA Contracting Officer shall make a final decision. The FCA Contracting Officer's decision shall prevail unless the contractor submits an appeal to the FCA Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Stephen G. Smith. The decision of the CFO shall be final and binding on the parties.
