- SOURCES SOUGHT: The information within this notice is based on the best and most current information available to date. This information is subject to change and does not bind the Government in anyway. Updated information will be provided in a subsequent notice or synopsis, if and when necessary. Please review the Tool Load for the EG-B-UYM Support Equipment Parts and Non-Standard Hand and Measuring Tools. There are 13 sub-kits that make up the EG-B-UYM Support Equipment Parts and Non-Standard Hand and Measuring Tools Solicitation; see the attachment for a complete description of the items. The contract is expected to be full and open competition. The type of contract may be a firm fixed price requirements contract. The award may result in either one single award or a multiple award contract depending on contractor response. Any response to this notice should include the following information: please fill out the attached draft tool load spreadsheet, with the estimated unit price, extended price, warranty, and/or other proposed part numbers/manufacturer, delivery schedule (estimated length of time to deliver from award). Each sub-kit is titled in BOLD CAPITAL LETTERS. PLEASE NOTE; as you provide the requested information make sure to fill out the tool load list spreadsheet for each sub-kit in its entirety with all items you are able to source. ALSO in your response include: your company name, point of contact, address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail address, brief description of company and capabilities, experience area, size, history, CAGE Code, large business or small business, category such as 8(a), HUBZone, or any other information that you feel would be pertinent. NOTE: NO SOLICITATION IS ISSUED AT THIS TIME. SOLICITATION RELEASE IS ANTICIPATED ON OR ABOUT DECEMBER 10, 2012. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary with no cost or obligation to be incurred by the U.S. Government. The U.S. Government will in no way be obligated to purchase all or any part of the items described above. The U.S. Government is providing this information as general information only. The U.S. Government will in no way be bound to this information and responses received if or when any solicitation is issued.
