Project Description PROJECT: MT PRA GLAC 1041(1), Construct Additional Parking Module at the Apgar Transit Center, Glacier National Park, Flathead County, Montana LOCATION: 34 Miles NE of Kalispell, Montana WORK: This project work consists of grading, base, storm water utilities, paving and other small items of work. See "Description of Work" for additional details. LENGTH: 0.14 Miles NOTICE OF SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY MT PRA GLAC 1041(1), Construct Additional Parking Module at the Apgar Transit Center will be solicited to the Glacier SATOC Contractor, H-K Contractors, Inc. Information on the IDIQ contractor may be found on our web site at: http://www.wfl.fhwa.dot.gov/contracting/construction/idiq/gtsr.htm H-K Contractors, Inc. Contract Number: DTFH70-07-D-00009 Address: P.O. Box 51450, Idaho Falls, ID 83405 Phone: (208) 523-6600 This project is anticipated to be solicited Fall 2012 TENTATIVE COMPLETION DATE: Spring 2014 ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: B etween $ 500,000 and $1,000,000 This paragraph announces possible financing available to small businesses. The three types of businesses that are eligible to receive a loan through this program are: (1) Firms that have received DBE certification from a state or local transportation agency; (2) Eligible small business firms; and (3) Firms that have received a disability rating by the Veteran's Administration and have certified themselves as a SDVOSB. Start-up businesses are not eligible to receive a STLP line of credit and should contact the SBA for information about other possible forms of financial assistance. (NOTE - This paragraph does not reserve this solicitation for these types of business) : The Department of Transportation's (DOT) Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
