- United States Department of Veterans Affairs Rocky Mountain Network, NCO 19 4100 East Mississippi Avenue, Suite 900 Denver, Colorado 80246-3055 Notice: Sole-Source Announcement The VA Montana Healthcare System is seeking to enter into a firm fixed price, base and option year service plan with Stryker Instruments, Duns No. 151978921, to provide preventive maintenance, repair service, and replacement, for the Stryker System 7 Orthopedic Power Tool System that was recently purchased at a cost of $147,000, under Federal Supply Schedule # SPM2DE-12-D-7602, VA259-12-F-0125. Stryker ™s Pro Care Service Plan provides 24/7 repair or replacement of the System 7 three large bone and two small bone orthopedic surgical sets including all accessories commensurate to the equipment; onsite preventative maintenance by a certified Stryker representative every six (6) months, new software, and technological system upgrades. The total cost to the government that includes base and five option years is $65,266.90. The equipment was purchased through Allied Joint Venture referred by Stryker Medical Division. However, Allied Joint Venture does not provide the service “ maintenance plane; services are strictly provided by Stryker Instruments; dba: Stryker Medical Division because of the proprietary nature of the equipment; warranty, liability, and maintenance standards as per letter received from Stryker and email received from Allied Joint Venture. Interested offerors may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirements by providing a capability statement and qualification which must contain specific information on supplying this type of service. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all capability statements received within seven (7) days after the submission date of this synopsis shall be considered by the Government. Person of Contact (POC) is Steven R.
