Description: The National Park Service (NPS) will issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to market and sublease residential rental units, collect rents, bill and collect utility pass-throughs, coodinate and supervise all repairs and maintenance personal and contracts, manage repair and maintenance expenditures using a Repair and Maintenance Reserve, provide recommendations and carry out renovation projects, manage on and off-site personnel, and provide financial and property reporting as required. Projected annual gross rent for 2013 (October 1 through September 30) is $2,181,000. The NPS will issue the RFP on Wednesday, September 19, 2012, under the terms described in the Draft Master Lease. Any proposals must be received by the National Park Service, Pacific West Region, Attn: Commercial Services Office, 333 Bush Street Suite 500, San Francisco, California 94104. Proposals are due no later than 3:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on November 19, 2012. RFP requirements will be available on September 19 by contacting Darby Watson, Commercial Services Project Manager, Pacific West Region, at (415) 623-2226, or by email at darby_watson@nps.gov. The RFP will also be available after September 19, 2012 on the GGNRA's website at http://www.nps.gov/goga/index.htm.
