- ***THIS REQUIREMENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED*** This requirement is a 100% Small Disadvantaged Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.1204(a). The Government's requirement under this Request for Quotations is for Printer Maintenance and Repair Serivces for a total of thirty-two (32) printers for twelve (12) months plus four (4) option year in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The quote is to be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). The applicable NAICS code is 811212 and the small business size standard is $25.5 million. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/offers are being requested/accepted and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 10161752 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60 and DFARS change notice 20120724. This combined synopsis/solicitation is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the United States Air Force. The Printer Maintenance and Repair services provided under the resulting contract are not related to Federal employment requirements nor do they involve temporary help services that may be authorized under 5 CFR Part 300. In order to preclude an employer/employee relationship, the Government shall only provide technical, task related instructions sufficient for the contractor employee to properly perform services under the resulting contract. The contractor, not the Government, is the legally responsible employer and supervisor and will maintain that relationship during the time personnel perform non-personal services under the resulting contract.
