Description

This is a notice of intent of VISN20 VA, Department of Veterans Affairs, 8524 N. Wall St., Spokane, WA 99208, In accordance with FAR Part 13.106(b) urgent and compelling need, to solicit with a single source for the procurement of bedside information tools with UpToDate Inc. of Waltham, MA. Other persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by COB 9/30/2011. Such capabilities information will be used solely for the purpose of determining interested parties for future procurements on a competitive basis. No solicitation will be made available and all information shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the government. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
