Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools and equipment necessary to remove blacktop surface from existing parking lot and replace with concrete at Patoka Lake in accordance with these specifications and requirements. The Contractor will also expand the compound lot by another 90' x 30', this will require removing sod and placing 6" of stone (minimum) and pouring concrete on this section as well. Concrete is to be poured to the outside perimeter of the security fence posts. There are various concrete pads that will need to be removed; three concrete piers (where the radio tower site is) will need to be cut down and or removed. One 10' x 8' radio building pad will need to be removed. One14' x 48' section of concrete driveway will need to be removed. The sidewalks up against the Office garage and pole barn will need to be removed. Future improvements include erecting a 40' by 40' steel building, so one section of the compound concrete pour will need to include a 40' by 40' foundation. Pier is to be 2 feet by 2 feet with by 18 inch anchor bolts with grade beams between the piers and with rat guards to engineer specs.
