- This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912NS-12-Q-3002, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) effective 06 September 2012. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 488190 and the small business size standard is $7.0 Million. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the Central Contractor Registration database, (Reference: DFARS 252.204-7004, Alt A Required Central Contractor Registration). The following services are requested in this solicitation. CLIN 0001 - Transport Isochronal Inspection (ISO) Stands for the 139th Airlift Wing, Rosecrans MAP, Saint Joseph, MO from Davis Mothan Air Force Base, Tucson, AZ to 139th Airlift Wing, Saint Joseph, MO. See the Attached Statement of Work. Service Contract Act Wage Rates do apply to this service. See Attached Spec Sheets on the Stands. Note: The government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussion. Therefore the offerors initial offer should contain offerors best terms from a price and technical standpoint. The offer submittal shall list the item by part number, the product description as listed above, list the manufacturer and transportation costs.
