- ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Hope Bradley, Contract Specialist, email: hope.bradley@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX2F0641AX; NOUN: Antenna; NSN: 5985-01-560-8738; P/N: 20-13K4-11-UH60M; Min/Max Quantity: 50/250 each, five year Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to Red River Army Depot, TX. Required delivery is 50 each 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 50 each year until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation (CAGE Code: 78286) and Chelton, Inc. (CAGE Code: 63563) because the government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation however; solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
