Description

The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. Modification 0001 is issued to remove sentence #4 from paragraph #2: "Only Emerson is capable of providing all of the required items to the Government." The following statement is being added in its place: "Vendors must provide proof that they are authorized re-sellers of Emerson equipment in order to be considered eligible for award." The closing date is being changed to 9/20/12 at 12:00 pm EST. All other information remains the same.
