Description

This Solicitation requirement is to obtain high-level catering services in support of the International Student Management Office’s four special events throughout the 2012-2013 academic year at the National Defense University (NDU). This Synopsis/Solicitation requirement is to obtain high-level catering services in support of the International Student Management Office’s four special events throughout the 2012-2013 academic year at the National Defense University (NDU). The DLA Contracting Services Office located at Fort Belvoir, VA has a requirement is to obtain high-level catering services in support of the International Student Management Office's four special events throughout the 2012-2013 academic year. The contractor shall provide food and food service for each of ISMO's four special events; guest count will range from 200 people to 400 people and events include two standing receptions, one holiday party and one plated dinner. Contractor must be a certified member of the Green Restaurant Association, pursuant with the goals outlined in Executive Order 13514 "Federal Leadership in Environmental, Energy, and Economic Performance" dated 5 October 2009. *NOTE: There will be no Question and Answer (Q&Q's)period on this solicitation.
