This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. MICC- FORT JACKSON, SC HAS A REQUIREMENT TO PROVIDE GROUND MAINTENANCE SERVICE: (Requirement is 100% Hubzone set-aside): LOCATIONS: FL127 - CW Bill Young AFRC 2801 Grand Ave, Pinellas Park, FL. SITE VISIT SCHEDULED: 17 SEPTEMBER 2012 at 2PM. POC: Ariston Livica at 813-835-2244 (w) or 803-354-1246 (c) or email at ariston.livica@usar.army.mil. The offer due date is listed in block 8 of the SF 1449 (20 SEP 2012/3:00 PM). Only the pages 1-7 with pricing information are to be returned. Do not return the entire solicitation package. Include unit price, amount, and net amount for each item no. MUST BE REGISTERED IN SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM). Payments by WAWF are mandatory. All questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be in writing and shall be emailed to faye.jackson@usar.army.mil. TELEPHONE CALLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
