- This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice is issued for informational and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for a Quote (RFQ). It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Letterkenny Army Depot is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Negative replies are also sought. Contractor should not include any pricing. Letterkenny Army Depot is seeking information concerning the availability of capable contractors to supply the following items: 0001. Arm fume extractor. Model PACE Arm-Evac 250, Pat No. 8889-0225 or equivalent. Microprocessor controlled with an easy-to-read LED filter condition monitor that changes color when filter needs to be changed. Unit increases pump speed as filter becomes loaded.elf-calibrates to specific arm configurations. Three-speed air flow adjustment, electronic air flow sensor. Power Requirements: 120Vc, 60 Hz 3 Amps 230 VAC, 50 Hz 1.38 Amps. Dimensions: 15.4 in H x 11.1 in W x 14.3 in. Weight: 14 Kg (31 lbs). Number of inlets: Two 75mm (3 in Dia). Flow Rate of 170 cfm for a single inlet operation, and a flow rate of 100 cfm for dual inlet operation. Maximum Duct Run: 5m (16 ft) per inlet. 6 each 0002. Cart silence/mobile. Part No. 8885-1225, or equivalent, to work in conjunction with the Arm Fume Extractor. Constructed of 18 gage steel and acoustical foam baffle. Include locking front castors. Weight: 11.54 lbs. 6 each. 0003. FLEX PLASTIC ARM WITH MOUNTING BRACKET KIT. Includes (2) two 3-in diameter Flex Plastic Arm and mounting kit Part No. 8886-0765, or equivalent, to work in conjunction with the Fume Extractor. Plastic Arm with the mounting kit shall be able to mount to a work bench. The Plastic Arm shall be adjustable to operator's convenience. 6 each. 0004. METAL PLENUM. Part No. 8886-0366, or equivalent, to work in conjunction with the Fume Extractor.etal plenum shall allow the connection of the Flex Plastic Arm, Part No. 8886-0785. 6 each 0005. Connector. One 75 mm (3in) Y Connector Part No. 8882-0691, or equivalent, to work in conjunction with the Fume Extractor. The Y Connector shall allow two Flex Plastic Arm to be connected to one inlet of the Fume Extractor. The connector inlet diameter 75mm (3 in). 6 each 0006. FILTERS. Pre-Filters Part No. 8883-0111, or equivalent, to work in conjunction with the Fume Extractor. 5/pack Filters. 6 packages Contractors will be required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
