Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD ON A SOLE-SOURCE BASIS Naval Supply “ Weapon Systems Support intends to negotiate and award a sole-source Task Order to Management Concepts in Vienna, Virginia for High-End Negotiations Training classes. The acquisition will be conducted pursuant to FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). Classification System (NAICS) Code for action is 611430. This is not a Request for Quotations, but rather a notice of the Agency ™s intent to make a sole-source award to Management Concepts. There will be no Request for Quote issued or available. This notice is for information only. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS, AN INVITATION FOR BIDS, OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS.
