Description
SYNOPSIS: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA2816-12-Q-xxxx is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-60, Defense Circular Number 20120829, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2012-0330. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business set aside. The Associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this request is 236220 with a size standard $33.5M employees or under. The results of this requirement will be a firm fixed priced (FFP) contract. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Items called for by this RFQ have been identified in the schedule by brand name or equal. The contractor shall provide the following Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): CLIN 0001- MULTI-PURPOSE CLASSROOM The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, labor, and services necessary to perform the required multi-purpose room service at DCMA, Carson. The service shall include the following: the removal and replacement of wall and base cabinets. The installation of wall cabinet lights. Build 20 feet of wall closets with paint and no shelving. The installation of new carpet with a top set cover base. The installation of black out drapes for 20 window to include doors.
