- INFO SHEET RFQ Spreadsheet RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested IAW the attached Request for Quote (RFQ). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 532120. This requirement is for the rental agreement for office space trailers between 10'x30' and 10x40' to be delivered to JITC, 2001 Brainard Road, Fort Huachuca, Arizona 85613. The trailer will be required three times per year for duration of 60 days each IAW attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). An Optional CLIN will also be included in the base and option years for the ability to add up to two additional trailers for each 60 day period (totaling 6 additional trailers in the base, option year 1, and option year 2). The period of performance is for a one year base and two one-year options. Please submit quote in accordance with the below specifications, attached PWS, and all RFQ requirements. Please see Attached Files for Full information. Only one award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror. All proposals shall be received by email to timothy.s.still.civ@mail.mil for receipt no later than 1300 CST Tuesday, 25 Sep 2012.
