- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, W912LP-12-T-0053, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-61. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 334119 and the small business size standard is 1000 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: 0001 - APC Symmetra PX, 20 kW/20kVA, Input 208V, 3PH/Output 120V, 208V, 208V 3PH, Interface Port Smart-Slot, Extended runtime model, Rack Height 42 U, to include two (2) SYBT4 battery modules with two (2) available slots, two (2) SYPM10KF Symmetra PX 10kW Power Module, 208v with one (1) available slot, installation guide, two (2) network management cards, nine (9) pre-installed TC 5 wire w/L21-20 whips (5ft, 7ft, 9ft, 11ft, 13ft, 15ft, 17ft, 19ft, 21ft), start-up service, user manual. American Power Conversion (APC) Model ISX20K20F (1 EACH) 0002 - Symmetra PX 10kW Power Module, 10 kW/10kVA, Input 208V, 208V 3PH/Output 208V, 208V 3PH, Rack Height 3U. APC Model SYMP10KF (1 EACH) 0003 - Battery Modules for Symmetra PX, maintenance free sealed lead-acid battery with suspended electrolyte, leakproof, Battery Volt-Amp-Hour Capacity 2765, Battery Mounting: enclosed battery cartridge, expended battery life 3-5 years, battery blocks per string: 4, Battery Placement: Internal Battery. APC Model SYBT4 (2 EACH) 0004 - Metered Rack PDU, Zero U, 5.7kW, 120v, (42)5-20, Input: 208V 3PH, Input connections: NEMA L21-20P, Cord Length: 3 feet, Output: 120V, Output Connections: (42) NEMA 5-20R, to include rack mounting brackets, toolless mounting kit, installation guide, user manual. APC Model AP7862 (7 EACH) 0005 - Network Management Device, InfraStruxure Central Basic, scales up to 525 devices and 15 surveillance cameras. To include one (1) node surveillance license key, 25-node license key, documentation CD, installation guide, server appliance. APC Model AP9465 (1 EACH) 0006 - 25 Node License Only, StruxureWare Data Center Expert, 25 node license only. Scalable monitoring system which collects, organizes, and distributes critical alerts, surveillance video and key information, providing a unified view of complex physical infrastructure environments from anywhere in the network. APC Model AP9525 (3 EACH) 0007 - Automatic Transfer Switch. Functioning transfer switch at the rack, taking "no" rack space, provide a redundant A-B power to single power input devices. Enable redundant power feeds for single corded devices, 99.9% efficient power distribution, save 3-15% of annual data center power costs, increase UPS efficiency by 3-5%, cost effective, N + 1 Reliability, eliminate need for 2nd power supply in N+1 horizontal server tiers, allow easy "hot moves" to relocate powered-up equipment, 15 Amp-120Volt with 6 ft A-B cord lengths.
