- The Department of Veterans Affairs, James A Haley VA Hospital (JAHVH) Healthcare System, 13000 Bruce B Downs Blvd., Tampa, Florida 33612, intends to solicit the following Request for Proposal (RFP) for educational and training needs of VHA's Veterans Justice Programs (VJP) Service. All proposals must be received by the contracting officer via e-mail at keila.president@va.gov. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, VA248-12-R-2836 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 611710- Size Standard: $7 Million dollars. This procurement is set aside for 100 percent small business only.
