- This is a notice of the Government's intent to award a Sole Source contract to St. Lukes Cornwall Hospital, 70 Dubois Street, Newburgh, NY 12550-4851 for the STAT Laboratory Testing Service requirements of Keller Army Community Hospital at West Point, NY. The services are to be available from 1 October 2012 through 30 September 2013. A solicitation will not be issued for this requirement. Responses will be via email, to include the company's name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, Tax ID, business size, CAGE code and solicitation number.
