- THIS PRE-SOLICITATION AMENDMENT IS TO ANNOUCE THE SOLICITATION DUE DATE FOR THE UPGRADE MEDICAL GAS SYSTEM PROJECT AT THE VAMC IN MANCHESTER HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 09-25-2012 AT 1:00PM THIS IS A TOTAL 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS (SDVOSB) SET ASIDE PROCUREMENT. THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED IN THE ECMS VENDOR PORTAL ONLY AND VENDOR'S MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE ECMS VENDOR PORTAL TO RECEIVE ALL THE DOCUMENTATION. (See below) The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) VISN 1 Consolidated Contracting Activity intends to issue a Request for Proposal to award a single firm fixed price contract to provide all labor, A/E services, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to complete the Upgrade to the Medical Gas System as described in the solicitation specifications and drawings. This project will be located at VAMC Manchester, VA Medical Center, 718 Smyth Road, Manchester, NH 03104. The RFP solicitation with all pertinent documents has been re-published to the eCMS VENDOR PORTAL with a new closing date of 09-25-2012 at 1:00pm. All respondents must be registered in the Vendor Portal to receive the RFP solicitation and all pertinent documents. A guide has been attached to assist you in registering with the Vendor Portal. All respondents must also be registered in CCR database at (http://www.ccr.gov) and be verified by the VA's Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) at the time of submission of offer and at time of award located at (http://vetbiz.gov). Vendors must also complete the online representations and certifications at (http://orca.bpn.gov). Amendments to the solicitation will also be posted on the Vendor Portal and all parties must obtain copies of the amendments thru this website. Hard copies of any documents will not be mailed. All questions must be submitted in writing to the issuing office via email to David.Bullerwell@va.gov. No telephone requests will be accepted. A pre-proposal/site visit will be announced in the solicitation documents. The date for receipt of offers will be announced in the solicitation documents. Electronic proposals will only be accepted. The applicable NAICS code is 238220 with a size standard of $14.0 million. Cost range is between: $100,000 to $250,000
