- This is a combined Brand Name Synopsis/Solicitation FA8601-12-T-0346 for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-61, effective 13 Sept 2012. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 335224 with an associated size standard of 1000 employees. (a) An ombudsman has been appointed to hear and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offerors, potential offerors, and others for this acquisition.
