- Sole Source Letter PART: U.S. GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENTS SUBPART: 70 GENERAL PURPOSE COMMERCIAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, AND SERVICES OFF ADD: AFTC/PZIOA Directorate of Contracting, 5 South Wolfe Avenue, Edwards AFB, CA 93524 SUBJECT: Signal and Spectrum Analyzer REF NO.: FA9301-12-M-A116 DUE: Sept 26, 2012 POC: 2d Lt Nicholas Smith, (661) 277-5034 (Phone) DESC: The Air Force Test Center, Directorate of Contracting, Edwards Air Force Base, California, intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order to Rohde & Schwarz, Inc. This acquisition is to procure: 3 each of the following: FSV40 Signal and spectrum analyzer, 10Hz to 40GHz, -154dBm to +30dBm, resolution bandwith 1Hz bis 10 MHz, touchscreen FSV-B4 Option: OCXO, precision frequency reference. Aging per year: 0.1 ppm, Temp. drift: 0.1 ppm (5 to 45 ºC) FSV-B5 Option: Additional interfaces. IF/Video/AM-FM-demod. output, AUX port, trigger output, 2 additional USB(A) connectors FSV-K7 Analog modulation analysis for AM, FM, PM 1 each of: FSV-B478 Rack mount kit, preinstalled ex factory; for R&S FSV/FSVR, excludes R&S FSV-B1 (hardware option) The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334515 and the size standard is 500 employees.
