- This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a base plus one option year purchase order to PlatformQ, LLC, for College Week Live membership and interactive online platform for the Admissions Office, U.S. Military Academy. The award amount is estimated to be $40,000. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS Code is 3541810 and the size standard is $7M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. See Numbered Note 22. Insert two days in lieu of 45 days. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
