- The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) intends to enter into a sole source agreement with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy for six (6) in-house training programs. The six (6) training programs are made up of two (2) programs of ‘Trial Advocacy Program' two (2) Deposition Skills Program, and (2) Motion Practice Program.The National Institute for Trial Advocacy is the only known source for these services. This notice is not a request for offers and no solicitation is available. Interested parties may respond in writing no later than September 27, 2012. However, such responses will be used solely to determine whether a competitive solicitation should be issued and will not be the basis for an award. Telephone calls will not be accepted.
