- J/A - Wetland Mitigation Credits, Dated: 14 September 2012. The 1st Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Hurlburt Field FL intends to award a Sole Source purchase order to Westervelt Ecological Services. 0001: Wetland Mitigation Credits (Pensacola Bay Watershed) (Qty: 9.3). This award is unrestricted and is under North American Industry Classification System Code 813312 with a small business size standard of $14M. This sole source action is being accomplished under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). The government believes Westervelt Ecological Services (Pensacola Bay Mitigation Bank) is the only known source/mitigation bank within the Pensacola Bay watershed with the available wetland mitigation credits. This notice is NOT a request for quote. However, interested companies shall submit to the contracting officer a brief capabilities statement package (no more than 10 pages in length, single spaced, 12 point font minimum) demonstrating ability to perform the requested services at or before 3:00 PM (central), 25 October 2012. Any information received will only be considered for the purpose of conducting a competitive procurement. The contract award number is FA4417-12-C-0044 in the amount of $883,500.00.
