- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the procurement of light, sound, and video support for the 237th Marine Corps Birthday Ceremony hosted by Marine Forces Reserve (MFR)/Marine Forces North (MFN). This is a one-time event taking place on Saturday, 17 November 2012, at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Grand Ball Room, located at 2 Poydras Street, New Orleans, LA 70130. This solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information; quotes are being requested and the written solicitation is attached. Diagrams of the venue are also being attached in order to assist interested parties with their quotes. This solicitation is issued for 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 532490 and the small business size standard is $7.0 million. The Government intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price contract to the offeror that represents the best value, price and other factors considered. It is the offeror's responsibility to furnish the Government with sufficient information to determine acceptability of the offered items and services. Offerors are reminded that they must complete and submit the following documents contained in the attached solicitation or submit as a separate attachment to the quote: i) SF 1449 ii) FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications iii) Past performance references (3) Additional requirements may be added to the solicition by amendment. Please make sure to include DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal Tax ID number in the quote. Quotes are due no later than 1:00 PM CST Friday, 12 October 2012.
