- Justification and Approval (J&A) This acquisition requires a Firm-Fixed price contract for Ignition Test Sets, NSN 4920-01-389-8341RN (Part Number 137375), applicable to F100, F110, & F117 aircraft engines. The Ignition Test Set is designed to power and check aircraft buss and permanent magnet generator powered ignition exciters. Approximate Dimensions: Length: 20 in, Width: 13 in, Height: 11 in, Weight: 30 lbs. This item consists of a plastic case, display terminal, switches, indicators, wiring, cables, connectors, fuses, test adapters, relays, and a transformer. Quantity: 14 EA (Basic Qty Only) This effort is restricted to AAR Defense Systems & Logistics (1Y249), Unison Industries LLC authorized distributor, IAW FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
