- ****ATTENTION**** ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO CCAM-ALB, Crystal Cooper Blake, Contracting Officer, via email crystal.n.blake2.civ@mail.mil or Fax 256-955-9237. No telephone requests will be accepted. This amendment is issued to update the requirements. NOUN: Cover, Blade; PRON: AX2F5121AX NSN: 1730-01-564-8514, PN: GBTD1, Quantity: 80 each minimum / 400 each maximum, five year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the AH-64 (Apache) Weapon System (BJ). F.O.B. Destination with delivery to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. Required delivery is 80 each, 150 Days after Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Armick, Inc. (CAGE Code: 38SD5) because the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casl_cmo_home and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
