- Description
- A draft solicitation for SP0600-12-R-0524 is issued. A final version of the solicitation will be posted at a later date. One pre-proposal conference for all locations listed under this solicitation will be held at Offutt AFB, NE on October 16th, 2012 at 0800 hours. A site visit for this location is to follow immediately after the conference. Site visits will be conducted at all of the other locations as listed below: DATE TIME LOCATION ACTIVITY TUE 10/16/2012 0800-1200 OFFUTT AFB CONFERENCE & SITE VISIT WED 10/17/2012 0900-1100 McCONNELL AFB SITE VISIT THU 10/18/2012 1000-1200 WHITEMAN AFB SITE VISIT MON 10/22/2012 1400-1600 SCOTT AFB SITE VISIT WED 10/24/2012 0900-1100 ALTUS AFB SITE VISIT THU 10/25/2012 0900-1100 DYESS AFB SITE VISIT More specific location information will be provided at a later date. All interested parties must pre-register by close-of-business Monday, October 8th, 2012 by sending an email to Patricia Smith at Patricia.Smith@dla.mil stating which locations you are planning on attending. Please provide your contact information to include your e-mail address, cellular number, and whether or not you have a current Common Access Card (CAC) or military retiree ID card. Parties that do not have a current CAC or a military retiree ID card must meet at the Pass & ID office at Offutt AFB at 0700 on October 16th, 2012. Attendees must present their Driver's License, Vehicle Registration (or Rental Agreement), and Proof of Insurance in order to get on the base. If you already have a CAC card or a military retiree ID card, then you may proceed to the meeting location. The specific meeting location will be provided at a later date. Please check this posting frequently. It is possible that updates regarding the specific location details may be provided up until the date of the proposal conference, and you may be asked to provide additional information if you do not have a CAC or military retiree ID card in order to access a particular location.
