- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane.. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division plans to modify a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Crane Electronics, Inc., 84 Hill Avenue NW, Fort Walton, FL 32548-3858. The modification to the Basic Ordering Agreement, N00164-11-G-WS45 with Crane Electronics, is to allow for the procurement of supplies/services/data associated with the Low Voltage Power Supply (LVPS) and the Auxiliary Power Unit (APU). The supplies/services/data to be procured will provide 1) The repair capability and capacity needed to standup the Organic Repair Depot; 2) Long-term sustainment support for the Organic Repair Depot; and 3) Subject Matter Expert Support for the NSWC Crane Division Fleet Support Team (FST). The basis for the sole source is the requirement for the equipment to integrate with existing equipment already installed on the aircraft in terms of form, fit, function and compatibility. The Government does not possess rights to the technical data necessary to manufacture the required spares. No solicitation will be available at FedBizOpps and at NECO and no hard copies of the solicitation will be mailed. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Submitting a bid from the NECO website by clicking on Submit Bid does not guarantee offers will be received by the proper person in the correct format. Reference the above solicitation number when responding to this notice.
