- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to procure a S35P-C-01N storage system. The storage system and components are being procured on a sole source basis from Adtron of Phoenix, AZ. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
