- The government has a requirement for the following: PRON: D12H4707D1, SOLICITATION NUMBER: SPRRA2-12-R-0049, NOUN: HOLDER, PRINTED CIR, NSN: 5998-01-106-2006; Part number: 1144214; QTY: 15 each, Firm Fixed-Price type of contract applicable to Patriot System. Quality Verification (QV) is required for this procurement. Production Lead Time with government quality verification test is 160 days after contract award. Production Lead Time without Quality Verification is 100 days after contract award. This requirement is full and open competition and 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Because Suitable for competitive acquisition for second or subsequent time. The Government has rights to technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no Technical Data, Engineering, Tooling or Manufacturing Restrictions. Technical Data Package(TDP) is available for this NSN. Certified Export Control manufacturers should submit TDP requests via email to:nelminia.serrano@dla.mil. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The final contract award decision will be based upon combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Anticpated issue date of the solicitation is on or about 12 October 2012 Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. DISTRIBUTION CODE D- THIS ACQUISITION CONTAINS TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORTS IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, USC., SEC 2751 ET SEQ)OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT (TITLE 50, ISC.,APP 2401-2402) EXECUTIVE ORDER 121470. THIS INFORMATION CANNOT BE RELEASED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE GOVERNMENT. NOTE 22 - The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
