Pence (W912QR-09-D-0017); Q.B.S., Inc. (W912QR-09-D-0018); TJC Engineering (W912QR-09-D-0019); and Barlovento, LLC(W912QR-09-D-0034). Plans and Specifications for this project are available for download at www.fbo.gov. An interested vendors list is also available at www.fbo.gov. The Corps of Engineers does not have bidder/ plan holder list
