- In accordance with FAR Subpart 6.302-1, the Naval Sea Systems Command NAVSEA intends to award a sole source contract to the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers SHPE for participation in their 2012 conference and career fair. This conference has been identified by the NAVSEA Enterprise Talent Management Office EMTO as a high visibility event that aligns with the NAVSEA mission statement. Thew 2012 conference will introduce thousands of students and entry level candidates to NAVSEA recruiters in a central location. The event will provide a unique opportunity to enhance a candidates knowledge of NAVSEA and market the high potential career possibilities. (see numbered note 22)
