- CRASH SENSOR, AIR INPUT/OUTPUT NSN: 1680-01-510-3382 INPUT P/N: 107451-3 AND 107451-4 OUTPUT P/N: 107451-4 QUANTITY: Minimum 50 Each / Maximum 540 Each FMS QUANTITY: 90 The proposed contractual action will be a Five Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed price type contract. The listed NSN is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Technical Data is not available for these repair requirements. This requirement is non-commercial; therefore, FAR Part 12 will not be used. The only known Approved Source is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), (Cage Code: 54786) BAE Systems Aerospace and Defense Group, Inc. (Cage Code: 54786), 7822 South 46th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85044-5313. Only the OEM, BAE Systems, has the required diagnostic equipment to read the fault codes and reset or repair these crash sensors. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, materials for the Maintenance and Overhaul of these items. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. Firms that recognize and can perform maintenance and overhaul on the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. Request for solicitation will be by fax (256) 313-8194 or mailed. You may mail your request to Terry Carter, CCAM-ALM, Bldg. 5303, 2nd Floor, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35895-5000. Proposals will only be accepted by mail. No data fax or emails will be accepted for proposals. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
