- CROSS REFERENCE: Sources Sought FEMA_RFI GSA/FAS, Heartland Region intends to issue solicitation DKNZ12TW004S on or before October 15, 2012, for the procurement of data and voice cabling services for the Federal Emergency Management Agency. A site survey will be conducted shortly after posting. This service is under NAICS Code: 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The Government will procure the above equipment and services using FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued in Federal Governments electronic posting system, FedBizOpps.gov. Offerors are encouraged to start monitoring the FedBizOpps website for Solicitation No. DKNZ12TW004S prior to the intended issue date stated above. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR, www.sam.gov) to be eligible for this award.
