- Amendment 0002 **Effective 05 OCT 2012, this solicitation is CANCELLED in entirety** The U.S. Coast Guard, Contract & Procurement Division 3, Small Boat Product Line, is seeking qualified sources interested in submitting proposals for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the scheduled and unscheduled haulout repair of 47' Motor Life Boats and 55' Aids to Navigations Boats. The Coast Guard shall release a nationwide solicitation; multiple awards for each Coast Guard Districts shall be considered. Services shall be requested via task orders released under the Blanket Purchase Agreement(s). The Coast Guard intends to conduct this acquisition in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. Proposals shall be evaluated utilizing best value procedures. This acquisition is being released as a total small business set aside. The NAICS Code is 336611. The small business size standard is less than 1,000 employees. All work shall be completed in accordance with Coast Guard Specification Number HSCG40-12-R-50152, including all referenced Coast Guard drawings and military standards identified in the specification. The solicitation package shall contain all pertinent and required information including the Specification(s), Drawing(s), Geographic Restriction(s); List of Districtst; Proposal Submission Requirements; Evaluation Factors, etc. No information is being released prior to the release of the solicitation package. Request for Proposal (RFP) Number HSCG40-12-R-50152 shall be available for download from FedBizOpps on or about August 28, 2012. This date is ESTIMATED at best. It is the offerors responsibility to periodically check FedBizOpps on or about this date for availability. Interested sources shall be able to download the solicitation package from FedBizOpps and shall be able to request copies of a CD-ROM containing all applicable drawings free of charge not later than three (3) days from the solicitation release date. CD-ROMs will be mailed via FedEx. The CD-ROM contains Windows compliant raster/vector formats (e.g., *DWF, etc.). The due date for proposals is estimated to be Sept 27, 2012 but the final deadline for submission of proposals shall be established upon release of the solicitation.
