- Amendment 0002 This is an unrestricted acquisition for Boil-In-Bag, Hominy Grits, Instant for Unitized Group Ration - Heat & Serve program supporting the Military Services. This item will be required to be delivered to Defense Distribution Depot Tracy, CA. Solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted full and open competitive acquisition with an evaluation preference for Hub-Zone small business concerns. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Quantity Contract, for a total of 3 years. Offerors will have the opportunity to offer different prices at time of solicitation for each of the three years. Pricing will be tiered with defined years that pricing is effective. The Lowest Price Technically Acceptable method of evaluation will be utilized in this acquisition to determine the successful awardee. All responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by DLA Troop Support. Copies of the solicitation will be found on the DLA-EBS Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). In order to download and view these documents, prospective offerors will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://adobe.com.
